Purchased Black Friday weekend 2018. It's now Dec 29 2018 and I'm on my 3rd one. I Bought it because of the lifetime warranty but didn't think the multiple replacements would be due to product defect. Had BB install it and also installed it at home. Followed instructions to the "T" but it just pops off. Phone will be sitting on table and you can hear the protector lift up. This happened with all 3 in less than 24 hours of install! One of them simply cracked when I never dropped or hit my phone. Wish otterbox defender was made the old way with the built in screen protector. This company/protector is trash. Looking for something else!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS. There should be a 0 rating available.

The screen protector was very easy to install. Great item so far.

Screen protector fell off my phone in less than a week. Followed installation steps and took special care when applying to my phone. Setup was the only pro coming with an installation tray, a cleaning kit and even a dust removal sticker. I have never had the problem of a screen just falling off, which is why I don't tend to hold on to my receipt. Ignore me if you'd like but you better keep your receipt.

I had 3 of these come off in less than a week after getting the phone. All 3 were installed in the store. No wonder they have a Lifetime Replacement Warranty, you have to keep getting them replaced. I'm getting my money back and doing some research to, hopefully, find a better one.

I bought this due to the lifetime warranty. With this warranty you just take it back to Best Buy and they replace it. Well I have had it about 4-6 weeks and it has broken twice already! First time I went to get it replaced it was no problem. Two weeks later it broke again. Now they do not have any in stockk and don't know when they will. I would not purchase this again. First time, my phone fell about 18 inches and this scattered. Second time I do not even remeber it dropping at all. Just started with a small place then a few days later it was all cracked. Don't waste your money.

Got the screen protector about a month ago, I'm now on my second one. Within days of having geek squad install it, there was lint trapped under it. I went back and got it replaced and within hours, there was more lint trapped. It's more annoying than anything but I definitely won't be buying another one.

The only good thing about this forty dollar piece of plastic is the unlimited replacement policy at Best Buy. Pops off regularly.

I am currently on my 4th one.it automaticaly goes to peeling of and cracking from the edges by itself..not worth it
