Dropped my phone and this shatter and not my phone screen.

Expensive. In July top part of screen protector cracked.

It is really good kinda expensive though. I would buy it again

Had the Armor Edge Tempered Glass Screen Protector on my phone - accidently dropped it and the screen protector was fine - however my phone screen cracked in several places.

The protector is glued to the plastic insert included in the box. When you open the insert, you put your phone on the opposite side and close it to install the protector. Needless to say, it was installed extremely crooked, through absolutely no fault of my own. Warranty doesn’t cover reinstallation so I can’t risk taking it off and putting it back on in case something happens. In addition, the installation method allows for bubbles to appear anywhere. Instructions say that they should disappear after 24 hours. Mine are still there a week later. Don’t waste your time or money.

Continues to come loose from the edges. I purchased Geek Squad install at purchase and they have reinstalled with a new one 3 times and the same issue happens. Not sure what to do next.

The process did not work with my iPhone 11. It’s supposed to but it didn’t align perfectly. I have a huge bubble on my screen now. Disappointed.

Yes, this protects my screen but almost anything that comes into contact with it seems to leave a scratch mark on the surface of the product. So, phone okay but looks scratched.

Unfortunately had to go back to Best Buy for a replacement shield. The representative tells me that if there’s any other problems with the shield; I will need to send back to the vendor directly?! They will no longer replace them (which was the only reason why I purchased it) If the protection is off while I’m waiting for snail mail; it has the potential to break!!

I bought this based on the Best Buy employee recommendation. Most of the cases for my new iPhone 11 do not come with a screen protector. This cover did not last a month before I had a crack in it near the side of the cover. The only thing that happened is that the phone fell out of my jacket pocket and landed under my car's front seat. I would not expect this to happen. I've read the reviews now and see that the warranty is not worth messing with. Try another brand.

Doesn’t stay adhered well. I’ve had to have it replaced too many times. I’m very careful with my phone and this shouldn’t be an issue

I followed the directions to a tee and there was still residue on my phone underneath the protector...very disappointing.

Screen protector did not last as wanted. Came loose on the corners one week after purchasing! Will not purchase again.

2 stars because we got a free replacement but during covid that is not ideal. Edge screens are hard to protect

Phone fell from sofa and landed on tile floor and broke in corner and cracked upward to the middle of screen.
