I returned this item because it didn’t fit well. The edges would catch the cover and bubble up.

I am giving the 1 star because, my screen protector broke. Not Best Buy and Armor Edge doesn't have contract to replace it in store. When I went to Armor Edge site, its asking me to pay shipping charges. That is not a good model of business when you marketed the 'life time warranty' for free replacement.

Thankfully it has a lifetime warranty through Best Buy and any store will replace it as it hasn’t even lasted 2 months and already needs to be replaced! It scratches and chips so easily though it has protected the phone screen, it’s not very durable. Maybe the next one put on will be better

My screen was hard to clean with a chamois and/or screen cleaner. I dropped my brand new iPhone and the screen protector did not protect my screen at all. I was under the impression that the glass would be protected when I bought the screen protector. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

I don’t recommend screen protector cracked very easily

I just had this protector put on a few weeks ago and the corners started lifting off the phone. I then, unfortunately dropped it and cracked the protector in two places and chipped the glass. Normally I don’t have this trouble. But will come to the store to get it replaced.

Poor service by a check out employee and first manager that assisted she acted like we were trying Steal the screen cover only because she didn’t do her job right and made us look bad If she would of looked more in detail instead of judging us she would of figured it out.

The "service"was fine but we were scammed into a Samsung credit taht 1) takes 4-6 weeks to process (NO ONE TOLD US THAT) and that once you get it, the samsung store sells a bunch a crap that no one needs - so great job Best Buy and Samsung. I told my husband to buy an Apple.

Haven’t dropped it or had it for 3 weeks and it’s already cracked. No idea how this happened and it’s lifting around the edges of the phone and that’s how it was put on, and I paid to have a Best Buy associate put on the screen protector.

My actual screen never broke but this cracks at the tiniest drop. Small glass shards will come out too leaving places to cut your fingers while using your phone. It had so many cracks I had to replace it after just a few months.

I’m glad that I purchased the “lifetime” replacement screen protectors. Each replacement seems to crack/shatter in less time than the previous one. I never had this problem in the past. It seems like they’re made cheaper & cheaper.

Easy application but the phone was never dropped and the cover cracked within 5 days. It is difficult to remove and have to go into a store, which are not open so I am now stuck with a cracked screen protector.

These screen protector cracks frequently. We would pick a difference protective screen except this one has a life time warranty, so each replacement is free. We have had 10 in the last 15 months.

I opened it just now 3/10/21 and it has been used! Everything opened and no protective glass in it! So now I have to order another one and it won’t be this brand.

I’ve had the glass screen protector for about two weeks and I already need to replace it. My last screen protector I had for five months do the quality is extremely low

I was sold an empty box. I Ordered this product online then I picked it up in-store. I brought it home only to discover that there was nothing inside but the instructions.

I bought two for my husband and son and both of them look like they were chewed on two weeks later. My husband is a neat freak we had to replace his two weeks after

Scratches easy and cracks without dropping it. Didn’t last long before needing another one, even after receiving another from the company it had a scratch right away.

It didn't have enough glue(?) Idk i have to go replace it. They are normally good quality but this one in specific was very poor. At least it didnt shattered.

Have put dozens of screen protectors on iPhone and this one was impossible to apply to my phone. It got stuck to its application device. Need to return this item.
