On two other occasions I have been lucky and fortunate to get Joseph's help with my Mobile needs. Joseph is Knowledgeable, polite, professional and extremely patient! Joseph is a VERY POSITIVE and IMPORTANT asset to the Simi Valley Best Buy. He's the best I have ever had the experience to work with in any Customer Service interaction. I think a raise is in order!
