So i got this out of the box and thought sweet this will be really easy to install. Then it doesn’t want to work. It comes off. And now i have to try and line its up perfectly and that does not go well. I finally get it lined up and on and bubbles on the bottom of the screen. Will not recommend to anybody i will just stick to invisible shield

Horrible, horrible. Sadly, this is one of those times when if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I typically have always bought Zagg; however, the reviews and the claim that if the protector cracked that it would be replaced at Best Buy for free drew me in. Within maybe two weeks, my husband's cracked. That crack escalated and just continued to spread across his screen. Well, we went to Best Buy to get a replacement. Best Buy said that they DO NOT replace the screen protector anymore. In fact, the worker told us to "return" the screen protector upfront and instead buy a Zagg. I was not impressed with this product, and the "lifetime warranty" and the claim that this can be done at Best Buy, even if it were true at one point, is not anymore. I bought two Zagg's tonight, back to the original company that never let me down.

Great to have a screen protector but they almost never fit perfect on your phone

I was happy with the screen until I noticed a small crack in the left hand top side that with in a couple of hours turned into a larger crack and I had to take it off do I wouldn’t get glass on my face. Such an expensive piece to only last a short while, the same happened to my watch glass screen protection.

Works but loses its seal within about a week so have air bubbles under it

On our 3rd one now they start getting bubbles under them in 2 or 3 weeks

This screen protector started chipping at the edges in the first two weeks, and developed cracks within the first month. I would choose a different brand. I can't even return or replace it because of store shutdowns due to COVID-19!

Had this protector installed by a team member upon purchase of my iPhone 11.. One week later, I took it out of my purse and had a huge crack in the screen protector. Replaced with a Zagg screen protector which is more highly recommended

Within two , there were cracks on the bottom edge of my screen protector. Most likely due to the marginal installation job. I asked to have it redone because it was too far down, The redo was better, but still too low on the screen.

had employee install great service and very throrou at installing. the product had been dropped on top on a tv controller it cracked so i got a cracked screen protector but a good screen.

the instal went totally wrong and it was a waste product. I followed the direction but after a day the corner peeled and lost glue from there so three days after purchase I took it off because it was driving me bananas

If you do not get this perfect, you will have bubbles that will not go away. I bought this before from Amazon, for a fraction of the price, and it went on squarely with no bubbles or issues. Lesson learned.

if you like unexplained cracks on the screen protector with no drops yet to occur. this is the screen protector for you. random cracks from edge to edge in less than two weeks.

Applied it on iphone xsMax and heptic touch function stopped working with this screen protector on. Very easy to apply though.

Maybe my phone screen would have cracked instead but now I have this screen protector on with a crack in the middle of it.
