This fit the bill but what I don't like is the steamer sits above the cooker as shown in the picture. My previous though larger one the steamer tray sat inside the cooker on top.

My other 6 cup rice cooker is twice the size of this one. I would only recommend to a friend if they were looking for a very small rice cooker. Not happy but I'm only keeping because I used Best Buy rewards to purchase and the Best Buy associates said I would lose my reward if I returned it.
