I love having the opportunity to use 2 smaller baskets, rather than the larger one. It heats well and is a good size. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is the metal outside is very thin and I found it difficult to understand how to set the timer/temperature.

Filter works well and clean up was fairly easy. TIP: Do not fill basket to the top, the oil will not reach up that far. Start slowly and add pieces gradually.

It fried evenly, quickly and the oil was hot enough so that there wasn't a greasy mess, just a crisp morsel.
