This chair is very comfortable and I love it a lot, it’s one of the best product i ever used and this company is very good too!

I bought this as it was on sale and I needed something that wasn't a fold out chair that wasn't rusting apart. Fairly simple to put together, after about a month or two I noticed some negative features. 1. The screws constantly loosen, just about each and every one of them need to be tightened once a month or so. 2. The armrests feel way to thin, mine have worn a bit and you can feel the plastic underneath them. 3. The pillow stays flat after a few weeks of use. Everything else about the chair is fine, the wheels roll around fine, all the parts seem sturdy besides the screws. Just don't settle for a chair, shell out the extra dough for a good one from a reputable brand.

Great chair for the price. My son sits in it probably 4 hours a day. Durable.

Overall this is a comfortable chair. It wobbles some for me, and everything is tight. The arms were a little difficult to get lined up and get the screws in. It will do for now but when I do need to purchase another chair, it will not be this one.

This chair is a great gaming chair. I have used it for a while now and it stands up to my son jumping up and down playing games online.

So this was my first gaming chair. I had no idea what to expect. Upon getting the box I could see they clearly did not design a box the right size for this particular model since it was bulging in areas. I noticed the side of the bottom seat cushion was indented from being poorly packed and from the too small box size. Instructions were fine although they never mention the locking washers so we'll see if I have to put those in later. The material came with a small (1 centimeter) rip in the PU on the back of the chair. I'm undecided what to do about that at this point. The comfort is fine. The feel is fine, but I think the quality control is lacking. Certainly nothing amazing and should probably be sold for < $100 with the issues I saw. Gaps between the seat back and seat bottom also exist and are more pronounced one one side then the other. I just expected more at the $150 price point which was supposedly half price. I would never recommend this at the full price point.

I picked up two of these chairs for my kids and they love them. Pretty easy to put together, took about 20 minutes for each one.

It's a little bit hard to set up, but generally great

I got this for my son. Shipping was fast, box was in good shape. I opened it up and started to assemble it. Of course, it's just pictures you look at. The hardware sent, did not match what the pictures showed to use. We were missing pieces. Assembling this thing was a pain in the butt!!! I put a LayZboy office chair together for myself, and it was NOTHING like this! It took me over an hour on the thing. The back is held on to the seat, only by the armrests. Made it difficult. But, once it was together, my son likes it. you can adjust the firmness, and height. It's a good cheap gaming chair. Like the old adage says, "You pay for what you get".

I love the comfort of the chair, but I am a lil short so the headrest pushes my head forward. Also not conducive for pony tails or other hairstyles. Have to lean my head to left or right where the headrest holes are to get comfort.

Save your money. These chairs were not easy to put together, we purchased 5 of them for our office. We have had issues with the bottom base breaking on 3 of them in less than 1 year after purchase. We had an employee fall out of one when it broke and the other 2 the center pole winds up scraping the ground damaging the floor. We only use them for sitting at the computer while at work so for a gamer who might get excited and jump around or fall into this chair be warned the base will eventually break and you could be hurt. So far you have a 60% chance of the base breaking based off of our numbers. Technically one was replaced by Best Buy so we have had 6 total. The other we had to reach out to Arozzi directly and it is a long process to get a replacement base. Still waiting on a response from them on this third issue, its been 4 days since an email was sent to them.

Easy to put rogether and sturdy. I would recommend this product.
