Chair came shipped in late. After that when i opened it there was several spots on the chair that was indented. Chair is not comfortable, super hard, and very large. I wanted to return it but after I realized the return policy starts when i placed the original order and not when i picked up the item since i got it 2 weeks late i could no longer return the item.

The Arozzi - Milano Gaming Chair was a High School Graduation gift for my son, I ended up giving it to him early due to the current "shelter in place" situation. He opened the box, followed the clear instructions and put it together all by himself. The assembly part was somewhat tough and required some strength, but he manged to do it. It may be easier if you have two people assemble the chair.
Overall, my son is happy with the Arozzi - Milano Gaming Chair, and uses it for school work as well as gaming and surfing the internet. He found the chair to be sturdy, firm but at the same time rather comfortable for doing work, and could easily sit there for a couple of hours or more. The chair does provide decent back support which is adjustable. Please note that the chair will not be as comfortable for someone looking for a more relaxed plush feel. But this is a Gaming Chair after all, and it has meet my son's expectations as such.
The chair does come with a two year limited warranty which includes parts and labor, but we have not had any issues and have not had a reason to contact the manufacturer at this time. The quality of the chair seems good overall, and my son would recommend this chair as a good fit for his activities, which include school work and some gaming.

I’ve had this chair for about a month now, so far so good, you really have to treat it well otherwise I have a feeling something might break or the fake leather might rip, it’s a very well-built gaming chair but at the price that it’s going for it won’t last you as much as another chair that is more expensive, One example of this is the base of this chair where the wheels get plugged into it’s plastic And not metal like other more expensive chairs. If you take care of it it should last you a while Cale and not metal like other more expensive chairs. If you take care of it it should last you a while.
It is difficult to assemble, you might need two people, but it could be done. If you can get this chair on sale, it would be a better value. Just to summarize what I said, it’s a good comfortable chair that could last a while if taken care of, difficult to assemble. Try to get it on sale if possible. But once it’s built and you sit on it I think you will enjoy it

Pros: comfortable, swivels well, rolls well, looks nice. lumbar support. Chair does rock so you can tilt back.
Cons: difficult to assemble. Be sure to take out the red cap before installing the gas lift, otherwise the chair won't lift up (why wasn't this included in the instructions?). To disassemble the gaslift: https://arozzi.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Arozzi_Gaslift_Guide.pdf
Again, instructions for disassembly were not included in instructions. Max chair height is lower than other chairs that I've used. Other than the limited height adjustment nothing else is adjustable -- arms are fixed (but at a good height for me), as is the angle of the chair back.
Overall, 3.5 stars, up to 4 because the price was good.

This is definitely the best chair I have ever bought it’s super comfortable and it’s big and not to tight one thing I didn’t enjoy about it was putting it together it’s a pain and you won’t be able to do it alone you definitely need some help putting it together but besides that the chair is definitely worth the price I have nothing bad to say about it. If you need a comfortable gaming chair this is the one you need

I assembled the chair a couple of weeks ago and it's sturdy, looks good and I haven't had any problems. This chair requires assembly, it comes with all the parts and tool for assembly and you need two individuals to put it together, otherwise you will have a hard time doing it by yourself (I was able to put it together after two hours). The chair is made of good materials but keep in mind the imitation leather requires care, any sharp pointy objects can easily damage it, when you sit down the chair feels comfortable but I do recommend buying a sitting cushion if you plan on sitting for long hours. Overall, I bought this chair on sale for $149.99 and it was worth the price. I don't recommend buying this chair if you are a big person.

This is a great chair. I bought it for my son for who is very tall and needs a lot of spatial support; it can be very challenging to find a chair that fits him. This chair works well for him; he loves it! I would definitely buy it again.

great chair for the price! i got this chair for my set up and it works great i used it almost every day and to me its really comfortable. i used to have a regular office chair and it really does make a difference on my back and neck. i can game for hours with no problems my only complain is that it doesn't recline other then that is perfect.

Very nice gaming chair with 1 setback (I didn't check before I purchased); it doesn't recline.
Other than that, it is sturdy and very efficient.
(Oh, the padding on the arms seems to be memory foam.. since I am always putting weight on the left side/arm pad, it isn't puffing back out)

This has been the longest lasting, most comfortable gaming chair we've had to date. It takes a while to assemble, but be patient. The quality is worth it.

We have had this for awhile now and gets used daily. It is comfortable and has stood up well to daily kid use. The only real downside is was not easy to assemble. It took a bit of man strength at times and two people to get the side pieces onto the chair during assembly.

Reasonable price for a nice chair that was relatively easy to put together with two people. Comfortable seat and back; good height adjustment; tilt is a bit stiff. Nicely padded arms; they are non-adjustable, but are at a good height for both 6'1'' and 5'7" individuals. Feels solid. Rolls well on carpet. Looks good. So far happy with the purchase.

My son has really liked this gaming chair. It is comfortable and provides good support. It wasn't too difficult to put together, either. The only thing I don't like about this chair myself is the lumbar support fits weird. We actually took it off because it didn't really add much. But other than this, it's been great and held up well.

Fits me perfectly at 5’6” but would not suggest for anyone taller. Comfortable but not super well padded. Would not suggest sitting in it for more than 4 or so hours at a time. Considering the price I’m pretty satisfied overall.
