More support on the arm rest then the seat the lumbar support sucks isn’t soft and a Keats and pain to adjust the headrest is totally in usable all in all pure garbage I really want a refund I’ll drop the chair off for display or whatever I’m having to pay another 300 on top of the 150 I spent. Will never spend another dollar at Best Buy

Not the best chair but looks cool. Will probably buy another one and give this to a homeless man

But when I find out it has 195 pound limit I was Devastated because I weigh 250 did not know that it has such a low weight limit other than that it’s easy to put on did it by myself in 15 minutes and it’s comfortable but when I sit on it I’m scared I’m gonna break it but so far is held on

If you are looking for a chair that has a relaxed feeling of leaning back then I’d try this out. If you are looking for a chair to sit you upright at a desk to work on a computer then don’t get this chair. It’s not good for an ergonomic upright position. The chair has the ability to adjust the back but, at its most upright setting, it’s still a noticeable lean back. Even my son wasn’t too thrilled with the lean and he’s a younger gamer.

After an hour of trying to get the holes to line up and put it together with 2 people I sat in it and withing 30 seconds we were taking it apart to return it you would have to be a jellyfish with no spine to be comfortable in this thing this back rest sits so far back you cant reach the keyboard and it feels li loom e your sitting on a cinder block

Easy to put together but one of the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve sat it. (75” and 215lbs)

It looks good, but quality isn't there. One of the nuts in the chair backrest was stripped when we got it. Not good.

One and a half year it lasted. It has not great quality. After a one and a half year it got broken

One of the worst products I have ever bought that I regret entirely. A $20 chair would give me less back problems than this ridiculously overpriced excuse of a chair, let alone a gaming chair. Would never buy from this company ever again, after 6 months of using this, it was definitely not worth it at all.

I ordered this chair, and assembled it. It was missing a screw and would not go up or down.

overall good product. Could use a little more cushion but good enough to use it for many hours a day

This chair is pretty bad. Just pay the extra money for a Secret Lab or Herman Miller

Terrible quality control. Original seat cushion stitching ripped in the first six months. The replacement cushion sent by Arozzi had holes improperly drilled so I cannot attach the replacement cushion to the base as one of the screws will not go in. Waste of money.

I’m literally sitting on it as I type this review, its very nice, I love the feel, the color, the width, etc. it’s a very nice looking chair. I recommend buying this chair for anyone that wants to give their setup a little more flava! Lol
