Looks great when new, wears out too quickly

I'm sure I've used this chair more than the average user, but it is already falling apart and the vinyl material is tearing at the high contact points. (arm rests/front of seat) I'm only 185lbs so I can only imagine how poorly this chair would hold up for someone heavier. Even on sale I would not buy again.
