Chair came with broken parts - returned Quality is basic

Okay the chair feels good, but only if assembly is possible. I would give a 10/10 on assembly difficulty due to very poor design on the arm rests and chair. You will need a team of at least 4... One to screw in, one to use lots of strength holding the chair in place so the screws fit perfectly, one to hold a flashlight the make sure holes are perfectly aligned, and the other as a substitute when someone from the assembly team gets tired. DO NOT BUY THIS THING IF YOU LIVE ALONE, AGAIN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ASSEMBLE BY YOURSELF. It just cannot be done. Assembly time, took about 9 hours. I had to wait for friends to come over and assist me. They agreed that this thing was badly designed for assembly. Hydrate before putting this thing together. After a work day + overtime for assembly, I suppose the chair is comfortable enough. 9/10 on comfort.

I’ve had multiple branded gaming chairs. Even the big names but this one has been the most comfortable chair I’ve ever got. Worth every penny you spend on this chair. It had a issue with the hydraulic do it doesn’t go up and down but there a problem while assembling still we have kept it.

I bout this chair in 2018 for my son im writing this review today December 2023 I just wanted to come back and say what’s great chair lasted over 5 years and still going strong and in good condition!! Thanks definitely recommend!!

This chair is thee most comfortable gaming chair I have ever sat in I would 10/10 recommend this chair for anyone who plays game for long periods of time.

I’ve had this chair for about a year now and no issued... like everything else if you take care of it it will last. Very sturdy and looks nice. The only issue I have with it is that even though it’s a great for gaming and office work, but it’s not the most comfortable if you lean back to relax

Chair is very noisy and okay quality. It's comfortable, but that's one of the only positives. I've sat in more comfortable chairs, but also less comfortable. It started falling apart/the seat started to tear after a year.

Great chair my son loves it. Says its “very comfortable and good to sleep in” when hes up all night playing his xbox

It's a nice chair for the money. Not sure how someone can sit in it for hours.

Very VERY difficult to put together. The holes for the arms do not line up very well to the cushions and you have to really muscle them in. Even then, if you manage to get them to line, get ready to rip the threads because you can’t keep that screw straight. I’m afraid this will break apart soon but we will see.

Not comfortable by any means, the general arch of the top promotes hunchback posture unless you constantly lean back, and the plastic inserts at shoulder blade level are a mafkn joke. The lower back pillow thing stupid as hell too. If you are spending this amount on a chair, most office chairs will be more comfortable. Bought it to match the desk when it was on sale, still not worth. Arozzi needs to check their hypotenuses on ergonomics. The arena desk is fine, but even the more expensive fabric style chairs from arozzi are trash, weird swiveling arm rests.

Good padding. Works great. Way better than more expensive models.

This chair is built cheap and wont last more than 2 years which is ridiculous for a $300 chair. Mine is falling apart already and the inner arm mount is broken so there is no way to fix it. Ive had to tighten then the bolts that hold the arms in place continually

Once the chair was put together, it was great! We had a bit of time getting some of the bolts in but with some squeezing in some spots, it connected well.
