After finally putting the poorly fitted chair together, realize the vertical alignment cylinder was broken. I have a chair, but at one height. Now I have to go out and replace this part. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Better off buying a less expensive chair, which will probably be better quality and not broken!

At first I though this was a Great chair but its NOT first and foremost they are using the cheapest foam in the arm wrests and the seat after the first two months of me barley resting my arm on the arm rest the foam has flattened and now all I feel are the screws coming up from the bottom of the arm rest. The seat foam too was very firm and hard when I first got it but eventually it also sufferers from permanent deformation and flattening. The lumbar pillow also does not stay in place and constantly slides up your back and has to be readjusted all the time. I would never buy anything Arozzi nor do I recommend trusting this company

I bought 2 chairs, and 2 tables for my grandsons. My 2nd grandson already received his, and so far he loved it. My oldest grandson hasn't received his yet. Let's see what he has to say when he received his.

I went to the store and ordered this chair and did not read the reviews first …. big mistake. Four of us tried to assemble it for two hours and could not do it. The holes on the arms did not line up on one side. I returned the chair after Christmas and two very nice Best Buy employees could not assemble it either. They quickly refunded my purchase. I then went down the street, purchased another brand and put it together in about 20 minutes. Would not recommend.

The bad reviews were right. If you want this chair to not come part. You will spend a good amount of time putting it together

2 years of use and the internal bolts that hold it together started breaking bad product

I literally had the item in my cart to purchase today and it goes from 149.99 to 249.99. So upset.

Arrived with a broken lift. Big bummer as I took the time to assemble it before I noticed. Not the highest quality build, but if it was in working condition I would have kept it. Back to Best Buy tomorrow I guess...
