Received the chair, which is not designed well and difficult to put together, one place where a screw should be able ot be screwed in is too small, the screw will not grab. I let them know the issue and their solution was to send me more screws. Now I've taken a picture of the issue and sent it in, but I doubt they will take the return even though I alerted them to the problem after a short time. The design requires at least two people to put it together, as the back and seat are held in place by the arms, with two screws going into the back and two into the seat on both sides. Putting it together alone is impossible, as you'd have to balance everything in place while screwing. Not nearly the chair the Verona is.

Construction is good but it’s not very comfortable.

Am not sure if I had gotten just the bad egg of the lot but barely a month after use, the rightside of the left armrest's foam has caved in. Months later the left arm completely has disconnected from the main body of the chair and does not go back in.

Would not recommend anyone buying this chair. Originally came broken, was a pain to get a replacement. Don't waste your time. Not sure if the next one will be okay either.

Used this chair for a week until my back couldn't take it anymore. Avoid this chair if you work on front of a computer for long periods of time.

Had shipping issues. Cancelled this item and ordered diffrent chair

This chair is not worth it. It will quickly fall apart and get wear and tear. It is still useable but will look older than it is until it completely breaks
