Trash chair and small
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Immediately opening it the hardware to put the chair together was missing ie: the screws. Took a week just to get a response and replacement from them. The chair is self is fairly small it’s decently comfortable but it’s not very tall in terms of height so the back doesnt go too high and the arm rests are short. Im 6’2” if that puts it into perspective. Also don’t put any weight onto the armrests the padding is straight trash they do form and compress and do nothing and they do not go back to their normal shape even if not in use for a week. I’ve had to tighten the bolts on the arms and the underside multiple times they do not stay tightened the anchors for the bolts a couple of them feel like they’re actually pulling out a bit. If you lean side to side at all you can hear a popping sometimes which sounds like the bolts pop and loosen up even more. Plus the chair is kinda hard to put together even for me who is good at this kind of stuff. would not recommend

Nice looking but the foam is cheap and loses shape
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BUYER BEWARE...Looks great and was easy enough put together BUT and this is a BIG BUT... the foam they use in this chair is no good just after 1 week of use it is permanently dented. First the foam is firm and hard then over time it loses is shape my right armrest is now permanently dented where my elbow rests and its not just a little dent it is flat in that spot and its not like I was leaning on it with all my weight. My son's cheaper Staples Gaming chair uses a much better foam that does not lose its shape. They should be using a memory foam in these chairs for the price they are charging.

DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely horrible craftsmanship on this chair, the time it took me and my wife to put it together was almost 4 HOURS. Between the missing pieces, incorrect instruction manual, and screws not screwing in it was almost imposible to put this chair together. I absolutely do not recommend it. It’s not even that comfortable, the backrest is stiff and the pillow it comes with for lumbar support isn’t even in the right spot once you connect it, it’s supposed to be for your lower back but it goes all the way up to the middle of your spine. Would give it 0 stars if i could.

Poorly Made
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The chair arrived on time which was nice. The problem is putting the chair together is hard. The screws aren’t even screwing into the chair, no matter how hard you try. The chair seems poorly made for the price you pay. There’s random holes in It, that aren’t for the screws. Even if we were able to put It together, the chair seems very uncomfortable and not something for gaming at all. We will be returning this as soon as possible. Do NOT recommend

Poor Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Save your money. These chairs were not easy to put together, we purchased 5 of them for our office. We have had issues with the bottom base breaking on 3 of them in less than 1 year after purchase. We had an employee fall out of one when it broke and the other 2 the center pole winds up scraping the ground damaging the floor. We only use them for sitting at the computer while at work so for a gamer who might get excited and jump around or fall into this chair be warned the base will eventually break and you could be hurt. So far you have a 60% chance of the base breaking based off of our numbers. Technically one was replaced by Best Buy so we have had 6 total. The other we had to reach out to Arozzi directly and it is a long process to get a replacement base. Still waiting on a response from them on this third issue, its been 4 days since an email was sent to them.

Absolute garbage even at sale price.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only way I can describe this is someone took all the defective and used parts from other chairs, threw them in a box, put an on sale tag and called it new. After putting this piece of junk together which I found easy enough to do by myself I saw what I would call oil spots on the headrest and the arms, the area your thighs are supposed to rest against,,,, I will describe as deformed, bent, crushed. The right armrest padding is pushed to the right and deformed. This would normally be I think a $250.00 chair. I got it for $140.00 before tax on the sale. Even at the sale price this piece of ???? is going back. What junk, total junk.

Difficult to put together & uncomfortable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Putting this together was a huge task. It took me forever and required the help of another person. I didn't think it would be quite so difficult but putting on the armrests was a huge pain. Wouldn't do it again even if I liked the chair. After that's all done, the chair definitely looks nice. However, it's very firm and the comfort leaves a lot to be desired. I was feeling sore and stiff in the days after using it. The chair barely reclines and it's swivel leaves a lot to be desired. Overall I decided that it just wasn't comfortable enough.

Arrived broken
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return it as I received an open box item (did not purchase open box) and there were visible defects as well as a broken castor wheel. Wish it had been in better shape as it seemed like it would have been a very nice chair. The leather is very soft and it is much larger than I had anticipated.

Couldn't even build it
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arms were impossible to attach to the chair, as the screws would not line up properly. Everything was smooth up until that point

Nightmare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This chair was extremely difficult to put together. It was hard to align the arms of the chair properly to place the screws in. They didn’t provide enough washers in the supply kit. Once I finally struggled to get the chair together the seat cushion is hard as a rock. I’m not sure if it will take a while to be broken in, but I sit on a bed pillow when I’m sitting in the chair. Not the greatest experience!

Gaming chair
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't have my order ready and waited for 30 minutes for them to grab my item. Places the order two hours in advance and drove to Best Buy an hour away from my house.

Ugly, painful, unreliable
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Deteriorated to an inexcusable level over 2 years. The foam in the arm rests deflated and led to the sharp end of upholstery staples sticking into my elbows. The fasteners that hold the back upright by screwing into the seat broke rendering the whole thing unusable. It's also too flashy and ugly. Just bought it in a rush when there was a big discount

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.More support on the arm rest then the seat the lumbar support sucks isn’t soft and a Keats and pain to adjust the headrest is totally in usable all in all pure garbage I really want a refund I’ll drop the chair off for display or whatever I’m having to pay another 300 on top of the 150 I spent. Will never spend another dollar at Best Buy

Chair leans back too far
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for a chair that has a relaxed feeling of leaning back then I’d try this out. If you are looking for a chair to sit you upright at a desk to work on a computer then don’t get this chair. It’s not good for an ergonomic upright position. The chair has the ability to adjust the back but, at its most upright setting, it’s still a noticeable lean back. Even my son wasn’t too thrilled with the lean and he’s a younger gamer.

Overpriced and uncomfortable.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the worst products I have ever bought that I regret entirely. A $20 chair would give me less back problems than this ridiculously overpriced excuse of a chair, let alone a gaming chair. Would never buy from this company ever again, after 6 months of using this, it was definitely not worth it at all.

Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible quality control. Original seat cushion stitching ripped in the first six months. The replacement cushion sent by Arozzi had holes improperly drilled so I cannot attach the replacement cushion to the base as one of the screws will not go in. Waste of money.
