Pretty much confident that this is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. The handle gets loose after a while. It does elevate as one expects. The back is uncomfortable. Disclosure: I am not a gamer but I thought the gaming chairs should be the best chairs. THIS IS NOT A GAMING CHAIR AT ALL. Unbelievably dissatisfied.

Broke within a year

It forces you to recline. I cant even find a way to contact best buy about it. For a $220 chair I expected it to last a few years. He hardly used it before it broke.

It was good at first but 2 weeks after purchase the cylinder began to fail. Tried contacting the manufacturer and best buy with not response. Just yesterday it failed. Lunging me and my 1 year old into the floor! Don't waste your money on this chair. Horrible price and horrible product.
