It was good at first but 2 weeks after purchase the cylinder began to fail. Tried contacting the manufacturer and best buy with not response. Just yesterday it failed. Lunging me and my 1 year old into the floor! Don't waste your money on this chair. Horrible price and horrible product.

Disappointed

Even though I read some bad reviews I gave it the benefit of the doubt and still purchased it. After almost 4 months of having it and light usage, the chair is falling apart, it won’t stay upright for the back support and no matter how many times I tighten the arms they become lose again. It’s so disappointing because I really had higher hopes for this product. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone :/

Not super happy with purchase

The hydraulic system in the chair went out completely. It was a good chair up until now. It is too expensive to be breaking like this. Not worth the money.

Poor padding/Not worth money

Extremely uncomfortable, no curves in chair, just two flat boards screwed together. What looks like a nice chair on paper, is sadly not the case. I will be returning this tomorrow since I have total tech, on my day off and ordering another brand ASAP.

Nice looking chair
