Suprised my son!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to assembly, rolls great on carpet, good back support, nice leather feel. My 6'2 son love the foot rest! Only suggestion would be a bit more padding in the seat area.

Chair is cheap

Broke already
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I did not buy this chair from Best Buy, I did buy the exact one off Facebook marketplace. Chair was in great condition and looked brand new. Gave it to my son for Christmas and in less than a week it broke by a wheel. The base is made of plastic and apparently will not last long.

I do not recommend this product. Work on quality control & ensure you actually provide people the product you sell them. Major failure

Defective

When I got to the last part, which was the left arm, I noticed the brackets were not straight which prevented the arm from being mounted. Whats worse is Best Buy expects me to bring the chair, which was delivered into the store for a return. The chair won’t fit into my vehicle and am told there is no other alternative
