Fast, mostly simple assembly, VERY comfortable

The chair arrived unassembled in a rather large box weighing about 60 lbs. You’ll probably want someone to help you move it around, especially if you need to go up or down stairs. I used a hand cart and bumped it down my basement stairway one step at a time. Not really a problem.
Assembly is quick and straightforward and took me about 15 minutes. But I do have some significant suggestions regarding changes in assembly order. As is pretty much always the case nowadays, the instruction booklet is meant to be used around the world, so there is nothing in writing. Everything is pictures with arrows. But this is not a problem.
Step 1 is to put the five wheels onto the base. No problem here. You just push them in and they snap into place. No tools required. Step 2 is to place the post unit into the base. Five seconds at most. Just drop it in. Steps 3 and 4 are to put the protective/decorative telescoping cover piece over the post. Another 5 seconds.
Steps 5 and 6 are to attach the unit that controls the height of the chair seat and stiffness of the chair back onto the bottom of the seat. All the necessary bolts are already partly screwed into their holes. There are no looses bolts in the tool/instruction bag. Unscrew the four bolts, place the control unit into position, and screw it in with the included 6 mm hex wrench.
Steps 7 and 8 are where it gets a little weird. They show attaching side pieces to the underside of the base, apparently to hold the armrests. But the armrests were already attached to the seat out of the box. I didn’t have to attach anything.
Steps 9 through 13 are where I suggest differing the order of things over what the assembly manual shows. The manual would have you then attach the chair back to the seat. So the seat needs to be sitting upright as you have to align the holes in the sides of the back with the brackets sticking up from the seat. This is difficult to do as is because the chair seat cannot sit flat on the floor because you have already installed the control unit under there. Getting the holes in the chair back to align with the holes in the brackets in the chair seat takes a little effort, and it’s made more difficult by not being able to have the seat sit flat on the floor. (Again, you first need to remove the bolts from the seat back.) A helper working with you could probably make this work, but I did things in a different order.
I saw no reason not to put the chair seat right onto the mounting post on the base at this point. This holds the seat level and at a good height to work on as you attach the chair back. Putting the assembled chair onto the base is that last step (step 14) in the manual, but I would do it before step 9, which is the step attaching the chair back to the chair base.
The other steps in here show attaching various decorative plastic cover pieces over the chair-back-to-chair-seat brackets using screws. But the protective covers on this chair just snap together and are partly held in place by magnets. There are no screws involved. The manual even shows using a screwdriver, but this was not necessary.
I’ve assembled other chairs in my time, and all of them have required attaching the arms. This was not the case here as the arms and armrests are already attached as I noted above. As chair assembly goes, once you figure out how to second-guess the instructions, assembling this chair is a snap.
Already attached to the chair back are two adjustable-in-height small pillows, one down low for lumbar support and the other up high for neck support. You wish they had these on airplane seats. It is very easy to adjust the chair to fit your body and how you like to sit, and it’s very comfortable when the adjustments are done with a firm seat with good thigh support. There is also, again like an airplane seat, a lever you can move to adjust the rest position of the seat back from vertical to so far back you are lying flat on your back. As with most chairs, control of the seat height is with a lever extending from the right side, and the stiffness and thus effort required to push the chair back back while you’re sitting in it is adjustable by turning a knob under the seat, again like most chairs.
As I said, the chair is very comfortable, and I have already sat it in for more hours than I should, enjoying the sit all the time.

No dislikes for this product, ive been using this a couple months now and it has yet to dissapoint me, the comfort is perfect especially in the lumbar lower back support pillow, the neck pillow could be slightly lower but it sits in the perfect spot for me personally, and being able to recline and relax while watching something on my computer makes it all the better, and the best part is it only took me 15 minutes to put together out of the box! 10/10 would recommend this purchase

I've been using this gaming chair for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The chair is incredibly comfortable, even after long gaming sessions, which is a huge plus for anyone who spends hours in front of the screen. The cushioning feels just right, providing support without being too firm. Additionally, the assembly process was surprisingly straightforward, with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. Overall, this gaming chair is a fantastic addition to any gaming setup, offering both comfort and ease of use. Highly recommended!

A Solid Choice for Support and Style

Overall, the Arozzi Toretta gaming chair feels as premium as it looks. The "Supersoft Upholstery Fabric" is soft to the touch, as advertised. The cushion material feels like firm memory foam, and the back support is excellent for maintaining good posture. The chair is solidly constructed and deceptively heavy due to its premium components. Aesthetically, the black-on-black color scheme looks mature and refined, not overly flashy.
Unboxing and assembly were mostly straightforward. If you are not comfortable lifting heavy objects, an extra set of hands may be needed, especially when placing the chair onto the wheeled base. The wheels pop on easily, and all threaded holes align well, making the installation of the hex bolts quick and painless. The included hex wrench is high-quality and has a nice handle, a significant upgrade from the standard throwaway L-shaped Allen key typically included with assembly-required products. One area for improvement is the plastic covers that adhere to the sides of the chair with magnets. I appreciated the hole-free design, but one of the covers required some massaging to fasten into place without leaving a large gap compared to the other side.
This chair was a significant improvement over my former office chair. I spent multiple days either working from home or gaming and never experienced any discomfort or pain points. The headrest and lumbar support have enough adjustment range to support my head and back while helping me maintain good posture over an extended period. Another customizable feature is the backrest, which can lean very far back. An area for improvement is the armrests. As someone with a smaller frame, the armrests are further away from my body than I would like. Although they can be rotated, they do not have the flexibility to shift closer. Additionally, they are made of hard foam, which are adequate but do not match the comfort or premium aesthetic of the rest of the chair.
Despite these minor issues, this is still a fantastic option for anyone looking for a premium gaming chair that balances mature aesthetics with comfort.

Very comfortable chair like the adjustabilty of the arm rest which helps keep you comfortable. Would give 5 stars but feel the microfiber material might get dirty easily but time will tell on that.. the material is quite comfortable though. Along with the neck pillow and lumbar support this is a great quality reasonably priced option.

Very comfy and great build quality. Didn’t know they were a Swedish company, so I guess there should be no surprise with the high quality.

Needed a chair and took a chance on this. I'm mostly pleased with it, but I'm going to be upfront and say I do not like these racer style chairs. At least I didn't prior to this. This is one does actually seem a fair bit better, but I'm not blown away.
It arrives in a box in 3 pieces: the back, the seat (arm rests attached), and the base. Casters are packed in a plastic sleeve, while the hydraulic bit comes in a box. Assembly was quick and easy. All of the screws were screwed in place, so you just had to remove and replace them using the included hex tool (really nice actually). There are two little plastic shroud pieces that you pop onto the steel hinges that connect the chair back to the seat. It provides protection against the naked metal and cleans up the look. The plastic is pretty cheap feeling, but the magnets are very strong. They stay in place.
So is it comfortable? Yeah it's not bad. It's a fair sight better than every other version of this chair I've ever seen. There's a stiffness to the front outer edges of the seat that I don't like. Those two front corners are a hallmark of the racing chair design, and I hate it. These are softer and It seems like it'll soften with time, but I shouldn't have to work to make the seat of a chair soft. It should already be soft.
The arm-rests ... I do not understand the design. I can adjust my height and it locks into place, but the arm rests can rotate a few degrees and don't lock into place. This is a truly baffling "feature' to me. It adds a feeling of instability to the thing. I accidentally "adjust" these them every time I touch them. No good.
The seat adjustment hardware seems pretty well made. The reclining lever in particular, I'm happy to see more metal here instead of a thick piece of plastic. I don't like the placement of the seat height adjustment though. It sits really far back on the rear right side of the chair. This is a slightly awkward reach for me, but for shorter people it's legit difficult. I had a few of the short folk in my life give it a whirl, and that was the first and immediate reaction (how do I adjust the height?). That should be moved forward.
Overall I think it's a decent chair, but there are also some problems. The chair has these chunky plastic shrouds that cover the metal hardware on the sides of the seat. I don't like the look of these, but more importantly one of them came very loose. I looked around in the box and found a little plastic piece that was clearly sheared off on one end. So yeah that's why it's loose. Not good out of box. The arm rests move far too easily. If you're going to make them rotate a few degrees, let me lock them to one of those discreet steps. My arms aren't changing position. They're parallel to to my body (as they are with every human.) I also don't love the lumbar pillow. I've just personally never understood the need so it's superfluous for me. That's about it for the chair itself ... but
I don't know what happened, but the box my chair shipped in was filled with little tiny glass beads. Not manufactured beads, more like the tiny round bits you get when tempered glass breaks. I didn't know until I unboxed the chair and started assembling it. I kept feeling something underfoot and these little pieces of glass kept turning up. I found more than 20 by hand before I gave up, finished the chair, then ran the vacuum a bunch of times. It's been days and I'm still pulling these finding these things in the carpet, in my socks. Whether this is the result of something at the factory or the carrier, this should not happen. Ever. The least you can do as a company is ship your boxes properly taped so no foreign objects can get in.

Bestbuy is not selling new version of this chair. I called to ask if the version sold would be the new version, and was told there are two part numbers so it should be the new version. The new version has a metal base, supports more weight ( 275 pounds ), and has a few small improvements. If the outside of the box has a sticker saying it supports 220 pounds, then it is the old version. I paid my money, arrived at the store, and had to get a refund. The box showed it was not the new version. I can not comment on the quality of the item because I did not get a chance to try it. To be sure to get the right version, buy from the company and not Best Buy.

The original lower lumbar support pillow it came with was very bad and led to back pain, but I replaced it with the one from my old chair and it’s good now. Chair overall is solid, not the best, but a pretty good chair.

Overall a good chair. I want more padding on the seat and a little bit wider of a seat area. The sides that come up next to the thighs tend to poke a bit into my thighs. Sturdy chair. Easy assembly. Great adjustability. Love the non leather option for breathability. If it had more cushion on the seat and wasn’t poking my thighs a bit I would give it that 5th star.
