Chair is great customer service not so much

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only rating a 1 star due to ordering the chair and waiting for it to come in to Best Buy. After 1 WK the chair came in. I was so happy, now upon unboxing I see that I was missing the seat mechanism to the wheel base. I was pist, I contacted Arrozi and was informed that I will need to wait an additional week or 2 (due to covid) since people were laid off. Thanks Arozzi for sending Best Buy an incomplete $350 chair in box and making me wait an additional 2-3 weeks and not hooking me up with a customer satisfaction item or anything for my Troubles.
