Wasn't to impressed with this movie. It was a little slow and if you are not paying complete attention it is a little hard to follow.

I watched this movie, it is not a alien invasion movie as much as a thought provoking look into the past and future at the same time.

Spoiler alert! Why were the aliens here and why now? If they can jump through time, then they already know who to talk to and how to get their point across. Then they disappear?? What problem did they need help with? Why would the main character decide to have a baby with the male lead without telling him what would happen. Why wouldn't the male lead know what was going to happen in the future too? I was very frustrated.

This movie was just okay in my book, but my partner loved it. It was well done, but probably just not my cup of science fiction tea.

I've watched this movie a few times. The theme is hard to follow.

A little disappointed didn't quite deliver it's missing something. Didn't keep me interested I found myself hoping for the end.

I expected more action. You have to really pay attention and think which is good, but you have to rewatch to appreciate it.

If you have ever seen contact the movie it's kinda like that but the aliens actually are seen and kinda a let down at the end.

I saw the older version years ago. I thought this one was going to be similar. I just couldn't stay focused during it.

This movie was one that you watch once. Maybe one to rent but not purchase. I actually fell asleep trying to get through it.

The best part about 'Arrival' was it's departure. Ok actors struggle with a mind numbing script. Worst cumboblelation I have struggled to sit through in years. Don't look for any deep meaning at all. Mommy who can see the future but then she can't remember it when the future arrives, who came up with this tripe? Save your movie dollars and time, skip this one. 2 stars purely for production value only.

I had high hopes for this movie. It just drags on and never takes off. I got to admit the visuals are stunning on 4K HDR.

Good action scenes early, but then the movie got too scientific and slow.

The movie started out with the death of the main character's child. She talked about her husband, but never showed him.

Good Drama. Not as much action as I normally expect. End kind of left you hanging. Wanting to know what happens next?
