It's a very interesting sci-fi movie I really liked it the ending is quite a twist you don't see coming definitely worth getting if you're a fan of sci-fi like interstellar...or inception

An excellent Sci-Fi movie. Better than most Sci-Fi movies I have seen. Amy Adams is great here. The movie give you something to think about instead of just flash/bang. The extras are very good.

This is a really fine science fiction film. It is thoughtful and carefully made. I love exciting movies as much as anyone but this one quietly and calmly made me think and I really enjoyed it.

Started a little slow making me wonder what all the hype was about but after about 20 minutes or so I was so caught up I couldn't walk. away or even pause it! Very well written. Very Cerebral.

Finally an intelligent sci/fi film that is both exciting and thought provoking. Adams Amy's performance is brilliant and should have been nominated for Best Actress (in lieu of Meryl Streep).

Not one of my favorite Sci-Fi's but it's OK..... It's different and a little slow.

I am always invested in movies that explore what life from the expansive universe of solar systems may be like. And, this is what I believe visitors would be like. Bring peace not destruction.

Thought provoking and emotional, sci-fi films we are used to seeing that's built around violence and battle as a solution due to fear and the unknown.

This is a good action packed drama/thriller/Sci-Fi movie. Makes one think, imagine and wonder in amazement. Surely worth giving it a good hard look at.

This is not a Sci-Fi action film. This is not a film about aliens. This is a film about how we react to adversity and uncertainty. This film is Intelligent and sensitive.

Arrival grapples with fascinating topics ranging from linguistics to interpersonal relationships and even metaphysical perceptions of time. It's well worth the time, even if it has its flaws.

Over all it was a good movie, not as epic as all the commercials made it sound. I feel like there was a HUGE jump in time from when they arrived and they first started understanding their language to them having a whole book and computer system developed that would translate everything they were saying. Just wish there was more meat to the plot. Overall, eh, it was okay. Not a movie I will watch again which is disappointing because I purchased it! Ha. Ugh...

True science fiction that makes u think. Wonderfully directed and acted. A must see for any true sic-fi fan who wants to be challenged by plot instead of overwhelmed by effects.

I saw this in theaters on its premier weekend. Just watched it again, and caught a lot of great details I missed the first time around. Excellent story telling and even better 4k fidelity!
