The structure of the story may have turned off some viewers, but it requires thought and actually watching it. Not looking up at it occasionally while on your phone...

It's hard to talk about this film without giving anything away. Story is intelligent and well written. Great performances by Amy Adams, Forest Whitaker and Jeremy Renner!

This movie looks awesome. Is a great movie if you like drama and suspense. If you are looking for action this movie is not for you.

Ok now I like this type of movie and yes we have seen this brand of Sci-Fi before, but this movie keeps you guessing from the start. I was unsure if it was going to be a Horror Film or a Aliens have arrived "Close Encounters" type of thing and I'm still thinking about what I saw. There are twists from the start and most seems very confusing from the start. So it kept my attention but was a struggle to enjoy what I saw.

Great movie great price I'll highly recommend this movie if you like alien films

It is an average Sci-Fi movie with a nice script. Good visual effects. Not an action film. It is a watch one time purchase.

This film is a beautiful love letter to the importance of communication with and through science. An important message wonderfully depicted for the whole family to see!

As with every 4K movie I have purchased the resolution is fantastic. The story line was not exactly what I had thought it would be.

Best sci Fi alien contact film, a must have for sci Fi fans

The cinematography, special effects, acting, and story is all well thought out and done to perfection. If you lost Aliens, Elysium, Prometheus, etc, you will love this.

Elements of The Matrix with a deep thinking movie. Not your typical aliens coming to earth movie. Makes you really wonder HOW we could communicate with an alien entity.

Didn't get to see this in the theater but what a great movie and excellent blu-ray. Don't miss out on one of the best science fiction/drama movies in recent years.

I enjoy the uniqueness of the film compared to other alien movies about invasions. At first, I was confused by the timeline, however, everything made sense at the end.
