This is one of my favorite movies of the year. It's the first original movie since Inception that I have seen. A great cast and concept. Loved it.

Arrival is one of my top five films of 2016. It's smart, bold, well acted and breaks the mold on conventional alien films. Amy Adams is excellent!

The movie was recommended and turned out that the story was better than I expected. The 4k UHD experience made the experience that much better.

Seemed like it was building up to a great plot but fell short about 3/4 through. It did make me think of how it might be extremely difficult to communicate with a new alien species that does not use words but instead uses symbols. But the whole movie was focused on that one concept and did not go much beyond to build the overall plot. Still, good acting and a unique film.

This is one of those movies you can watch over and over and get more out of it each time you watch it. It has a great story and great characters!

The 4K BluRay is just beautiful. The story is intelligent and engaging. Watched it twice to make sure I got it all. One of my top 5 SiFi movies.

I was glued to the plot. It is unfortunate that some people have to watch it twice to fully understand it.

I have watched this movie way too many times. The soundtrack is compelling, the storyline is unique, and Amy Adams is masterful.
