I've read the reviews and they are all over the place, from one star reviews to five star reviews. I guess you have to make up your own mind. If you are looking for a thrilling sci-fi, this one isn't. But if you are an Amy Adams fan then this one is worth watching. In fact, I think she should have received the academy award. But, then again, I'm an Amy Adams fan.

Arrival is not your typical Alien invasion movie. It is a movie that encourages thought and reflection, things most movies these days lack.

Found this to start out slow, but quickly it held my attention. Worth seeing at least one, but you'll want to see it several times more.
