Being based on a video game does not automatically make a movie bad. It may one day be viewed as a misunderstood movie. The point is that a movie can be completely awful on its own regardless of its source material, and Assassin’s Creed is that movie.

the action is excellent, along with the concept, it appears to set up a sequel as well.

Must-see movie even if you are not an Assasin's Creed fan. Michael Fasbender is excellent in this Futuristic/Historical thriller and the musical score is outstanding. Find it on Spotify and relive the emotions!

Decent movie, but can be a little confusing if you don't play the games.

True to the story based on the video game. With action and visual effects, a must see.

Movie plot was off a bit. Michael Fassbender was hooked up to a machine that picked him up and swung him around a room while the past version or conscience him ran around in a robe and killed people who shouldn't have been around or something like that. Couldn't really stay focused on the movie as it just wasn't all that great.

I am not a gamer, so I wasn't familiar with the story. But I really liked it. Interesting and exciting plot ! Best buy always has good sales, and with my rewards coupons, movies are such a deal!!
