Never played the video game but the movie was a very good interpretation from what I read.

While its not perfect its still a fairly solid film overall despite what the critics have said about it

Although I never truly go into the video game, I was intrigued by the whole story line and the reason for their (the Assasins) existence - if that is in fact the real reason! I alwys thought the Knights templar were good guys in other movies.

Any fan of the game series, should give this a watch, but keep your expectations limited. In the past, video game translations to film have rarely been successful, and with some good visuals here and good play by Fassbender, there isn't much else to be seen. 3/5 on the Movie, but really I'm probably giving it more than it deserves just because of the Steelbook.

I love 3D movies. This was a little hard to follow but still pretty good movie. I love the 3D effects.

A decent film not sure Mr. Fastbender was the best choice but fun film.

Great video game movie to watch. It help those who don't know about the game understand.

For the first movie step in this game series was alright. Had a few issues but in all not a bad movie.

I liked it despite its flop in theaters!! Maybe because I am a big game fan that movie based on.

I would have gone 4 stars but it felt a little lacking. Overall it was an entertaining movie, and I have no history with the game beyond sometimes watching a former roommate/friend playing it. M.F. being in it didn't hurt, actually the overall cast quality wasn't bad at all. I keep means to check imdb to see where else I might have seen the lady scientist.

To me, this is a solid "guy" movie. If you aren't into any of the genre's listed above, I'd pass.

I can't believe I never ever heard of this movie. I have played the video game as a kid. Once I saw this at Best Buy and in 4K I just had to get it. Story was great, picture and sound were even better. Add it to you list if you haven't

I've played both Assassin's Creed 1 and 2. I haven't played any of the other games. For me this movie was great and enjoyable. The 4K steelbook was a great collector's item and the quality on both the 4K video and the audio is outstanding.

This is a good movie with really good actors. I think it is well worh the bargain price

Great rendition of a video game turn movie. Same level as Tomb Raider. This is a great movie addition
