I got this headset fir my brother for Christmas and since then weve been vibing out in discord chopping it up listening to MF DOOM

Very good product. Excellent audio and very good microphone. The cord is a little too long

Clear sound. I would suggest using an equalizer though. Without one the volume does not go very loud. In turn making somethings hard to hear with back ground noise.

Good for the price isn’t going to give you much in depth sound so if you a hardcore footstep listener or listen for small sound queues I’d look into Steelseries or hpyerX

These headphones are very comfortable! And the color is amazing. They sound so crisp! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Best Buy for great products.

Really good quality both aesthetically and sound wise. The mic gave a little trouble at first because I didn’t realize the cord had to be extra pushed in to the headset. So just make sure you hear it audibly “click” when you plug in to the headset. While on the topic of the cord I wish it wasn’t plasticy bc it gets tangled easily and hairs and lint get stuck to it (I have chow chow dogs) but I did ask prior to buying on the Q&A section of this product if I could get a different cord. Best Buy did say as long as the plug in has three black lines on it it is compatible with this headset. So all in all the issues I have were either fixed or can be fixed. Love this headset!

Head foam piece is soft and very comfortable to fit around your ears. Sound quality is excellent and the mic is very flexible that xan rotate anywhere.

Sounds great! You need to give it a chance to adjust to your head before it's comfy but it's only a day or so, plus the mic is great!

I bought these to replace my wife’s old Astro A10 headphones as her old ones were starting to lose their padding. At first it was great! These sounded good, were lightweight and everything worked for her…however…the microphone started to flop down on its own after a short few hours of use. Nothing to worry about as I had a protection plan. Took it in and exchanged it for a new pair as defective. New pair worked great again for a few hours of wear and then the microphone started doing the same thing. Mind you, my wife plays cozy games and is not throwing the headset around. I’m not happy with this headset. Our old A10 first gen headphones lasted for years with no problem. These new ones are much lighter and are comfy to wear, but the microphone will wear out and fall down/unmute after just a few hours of wearing. My wife has a separate microphone and doesnt use the headset microphone so it sits in the up/muted position. Im thinking of returning them and exchanging them for a different brand now seeing as I’ve had the same result with multiple pairs. Quality has definitely gone down over the years.

I use this headset for phone calls at work. It’s very comfortable and the sound is great. I love that there is a volume control on the cord.

Great sound, awesome color. Had a razer headset before but decided to try something different and im happy with me decision.

After a few uses the left speaker went completely out and the cord stopped working as well. I tried the cord in a another pair of A10s that I had gotten as a gift, that i had used for about a month and worked just fine, and I could not hear anything from either speaker. I then used the other cord from the other A10s ans they worked completely fine. Very disappointing. I know issues like this happen all the time, but when the headset works, I definitely recommend this brand. They are very comfortable, I have sensitive ears and temples, so this is the first headset that never caused any issues when it came to comfort. The flip up mic is a nice detail though. I give it 3 due to the fact of the left speaker never working and the cord was no good as well.
