Microphone became loose?

I also haven't seen any information on this so I can't figure out how to remedy it.

defective or poorly manufactured

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset does a nice job as far as audio however I had only owned it for about 2 months and the screw that holds the microphone to the headset was getting loose and the microphone felt really floppy until finally said screw came undone and there is no way to screw it back on. I was able to warranty it and ended up just getting a different headset.

A little pop in little I don't know probably about the same thing that any other corded pair of headphones is done for me so. can't complain too much. but all in all for a $30 pair of headphones you can't get much better. That being said if you can afford the 20s cuz I've owned those too I would definitely go with those

The mic will loosen over time causing it to fall continuously until it eventually unscrews itself from the tightened position & hangs by only the wire. Great headset for the price just poorly made. Best Buy did not renew my headset when I used it on the first return, causing me to fork out $$ for another headset. Poor service on their end as well, so make sure to triple & quadruple check they’re including the protection plan when you claim it
