It’s so bad

I would rate this headset at the worse I have used so far. Seems like your always straining to hear the gaming features of a normal gaming headset.

Not that great

Constant crackling noise?

Posted .Hello, Gary! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Astro A10 headset. I would first recommend making sure that the headset is plugged in all the way on both sides. You will hear a click sound if they are plugged in all the way. If you're using the headset on a device that has a headphone and microphone 3.5mm input, you may have to use the PC splitter cable provided in the box. If neither of these solutions fixes your issue, I would then recommend reaching out to our support team here https://help.astrogaming.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000163092.
