    Muffled, very hard to hear felt cheap! No noise cancellation. Spend money on a better one that has blue tooth. Or you will be stuff sitting there with a wire.

    Bad gaming and sound quality. I would rate this headset at the worse I have used so far. Seems like your always straining to hear the gaming features of a normal gaming headset.

    It stopped working after a month. My friends would always hear echo when I talk through the headset then it just stopped all at once.

    Constant crackling noise?

    These worked great for about 3 days and then they started to exhibit a consistent and extremely awful crackling noise CONSTANTLY. Now unusable.

    Sounded great for there first couple weeks now I found like a robot and do does everything coming through the headset.

    Got this item and when we unboxed and set it up the sound quality wa horrible. It didnt matter if we had it connected to a phone or xbox.

    Didn’t work. Right side of headset didn’t work neither did the mic for the headset.

      Hello, Gary! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Astro A10 headset. I would first recommend making sure that the headset is plugged in all the way on both sides. You will hear a click sound if they are plugged in all the way. If you're using the headset on a device that has a headphone and microphone 3.5mm input, you may have to use the PC splitter cable provided in the box.
