    It stopped working after a month. My friends would always hear echo when I talk through the headset then it just stopped all at once.

    Constant crackling noise?

    These worked great for about 3 days and then they started to exhibit a consistent and extremely awful crackling noise CONSTANTLY. Now unusable.

    I’m getting complaints that my headset is echoing I’ve tried everything to fix it and I’m pretty upset cause I love the style of the headset

    Got this item and when we unboxed and set it up the sound quality wa horrible. It didnt matter if we had it connected to a phone or xbox.

    Didn’t work. Right side of headset didn’t work neither did the mic for the headset.

      Hello, Gary! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Astro A10 headset. I would first recommend making sure that the headset is plugged in all the way on both sides. You will hear a click sound if they are plugged in all the way. If you're using the headset on a device that has a headphone and microphone 3.5mm input, you may have to use the PC splitter cable provided in the box.     Great sound isolation and quality. Sometimes the mic doesn’t mute when you put it up. Can be a little heavy on the head. Overall good headset, wish mute feature worked

    I bought this for my granddaughter, who is a gamer, and she loved them. She put them on and outside sound was very quiet. She also loved the color, which is her favorite.

    Only worked in one ear, unless you moved the cord around like it’s 2003. Thought have the detectable cord would make for better storage but caused more problems. Cord is a mile long can put controller on ground stand up straight and have extra (5’9”). They are comfortable to wear while you have glasses on though. Sound quality kinda sucks. All in all will be returning not happy.

    I've purchased 4 PC gaming headsets in the last 2 days because ALL of them have faulty microphones, so I needed to see which one would work... Only 1 worked: the HyperX Cloud Stinger Core... The Astro A10 is being returned today as not only did the microphone not work at all, but the audio was really bad... Stay away from the Astro A10, esp if you want to use the mic for online gaming for the PC.
