Posted .Hello, Gary! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Astro A10 headset. I would first recommend making sure that the headset is plugged in all the way on both sides. You will hear a click sound if they are plugged in all the way. If you're using the headset on a device that has a headphone and microphone 3.5mm input, you may have to use the PC splitter cable provided in the box. It adjusted small enough so that was perfect but big enough to fit both ears comfortably. Smaller ear holes though :/ The only bad thing was I had to repeat myself sometimes cause the mic wasn’t great but if you don’t do lots of talking, it is perfect. The cord is a bit long but I just wound it up a bit to get the extra out the way.

I heard great things about Astro headsets, so when I saw the A10s on sale, I had to buy them. Very happy with my purchase, they are super comfortable on my ears with nice, thick padding. They look cute and feminine. The sound quality is great. Only downside is that there is very minimal sound control (i.e. volume up and down). There is no mute capability straight from the headset.
