Posted .Hello, Gary! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Astro A10 headset. I would first recommend making sure that the headset is plugged in all the way on both sides. You will hear a click sound if they are plugged in all the way. If you're using the headset on a device that has a headphone and microphone 3.5mm input, you may have to use the PC splitter cable provided in the box.
