Purchased 3 of these for younger teens and it fits their head comfortably, as well as mine. No complaints about sound issues after a month of regular use for school, gaming, and watching shows. Cord can appear it’s fully plugged into the headset when it isn’t (just needs an extra push) but the plus side to this is there are definitely no issues with it coming loose and disconnecting.

I had to use the warranty within a month though, but they sent me a brand new one and let me keep the old one that lost sound in one side

She has used them for about 2 weeks and has enjoyed them so far. Padding is superior to some other headsets and the sound quality is good. No issues with the microphone as well and the mute feature is nice. Would like to see a controller adapter, since she has missed the feature of being able to change volumes on the game sound and chat voice sound separately.
