Volume sounds low as what expect it maybe cause its connected to a xbox one i've tried it on a computer and sounds way better

I bought a headset a month a ago for my g-son.They stopped working came back in spoke with Trevor ,he helped my g-son pick a headset out . He was so helpful made my g-son happy. He was the best sales person ,who didn't rush my g-son to pick just any set.

These are just ok. They get the job done. They are comfortable for a few hours then not so much for my head.

I purchased this headset for my nephew, along with a red controller. He absolutely loves it. He told me that the headset is lightweight and has a long battery like, which is a must for him! Thus far, great product!

Make sure you push the connections into headset until you hear a "click" or you will be in monotone! Almost took them back as defective! Went from wireless to wired, do not have to worry about charging them.

I initially bought this headset simply because it has a built-in microphone and I was tired of using my Apple EarPods as my go-to headset with a mic. After my EarPods' microphone died on me, I decided to unbox this product, and I was in for a SHOCK! Before I get into the nitty-gritty, I will praise Astro Gaming for the build quality. The A10 is a well-built pair of headphones. However, the headband squeezed my head too tight. The ear cups were super uncomfortable to the point where I was sore a day after wearing them. What's worse? The audio quality is absolute TRASH! I should've known better given the fact I'm an audio engineer by trade. If you want to know just how bad these are, the volume dips at around 600 Hz and doesn't come back up until 900 Hz. Essentially, all of the high-mids of the average human range of hearing is GONE! I would never recommend this to anyone as a cheap gaming headset. I was better off buying another pair of Apple EarPods.

I bought this as a gift for my little sister and she uses them all the time. I am very happy with the purchased made and I hope people read this to help them understand it is the right purchase.

I’m pretty sure that our sales associate’s name was Ariana. It was freezing and pouring down raining and still she was so nice, polite and considerate! More stores should employ people like her!

Bought this for my son to use with his switch, great material and easy for him to use. Wired so no need to charge or battery operated(From what i know of). I would recommend to buy this item.

Could not get the microphone to work on Dungeon and Dragons online, which was the whole reason I bought them. Disappointed!

Its good headphones, nice speakers and mic. A little hard to get use ro but when you do its good

First to get rid out of the way is that these headphones are very much comfortable to wear but none of less this thing had A LOT of problems. To begin with, the audio coming out of the headphone only came out on one side of the ear which was the left. Another reason it was bad was that it sounded very bad and distorted. I might've gotten unlucky but these weren't that good.

Sound good but dont like that it diesnt have a mute switch

It a great headset for the price but it can be a bit tight and uncomfortable for the ears.

My 8 yr old son loves these. Comfortable, adjustable and "flip-to-mute" microphone is really nice. These headphones seem substantial and durable. Nice that they crossover from x-box, to switch, to pc.

My son uses these for online gaming. We have had them for 5 months and no issues. The easy to push away mic helps when I am talking to him mid game and he can respond without his teammates getting mad that they hear him.

The sound is pretty decent but the comfort is lackluster

My son wanted to switch from wireless to wired headphones. He was tired of his wireless running out of battery charge in the middle of his games. A Best Buy sales associate recommended these and they work really well.

We tried a couple of wireless headsets and found them not to be worth the hassle of having to charge. Love the mute feature on these when you lift up the mic boom.
