Works great for the computer, so I switched out head sets instead of returning it. My teenager loves it on the desk top. But I gave it a one as it did not work for it's intended purpose (and as advertised) Only one speaker would play. And not very well. But, again, it works great for a desk top.

Poorly Made

So I exchanged them the next day and again it was broken. He had to hold the cord into the headphones just to hear anything. I took them back and bought Razor headphones which we never had any issues ever before but a friend told him A10 was great headphones so that’s the only reason he wanted this brand.

A10 Headset

Have to have cord at an angle for sound to work. Only one side produces sound at a time. Mic totally just doesn't work. Bought it brand new and I'm returning it within one day.

Price was not worth quality

Left side sound did not work on PS4, tried on PC did not work at all. Returned thinking it was a defective pair. 2nd pair wotks but....for PC gaming it must be connected to ps4 remote and remote to pc or directly to pc, or you have to game share with someone else in order for mic to work depending on what games you play. Ridiculous!!!

Defective Mic
