Instantly returned them the next day because the sound was trash and the headset was very uncomfortable.

AND best buys 2week return policy expired since I purchased these as a birthday gift 2 weeks prior. Not happy with headphones OR Best Buys return policy.

He could never get any sound out of the right side. We exchanged the head set for a new one and again, the right side did not work. We finally bought a different brand.

Didn't last a week

Going to try and return it today for a credit, but being an opened gift we will see. Don't waste your money.
