    The salesperson at BestBuy recommended this headset and told me that it worked with PS4. If I had known there were different versions of PS4 and that it doesn’t work with the ps4 slim version without buying additional adapter made by a different vendor I never would have purchased it. Now the person I gave it to has to return it and get another gaming headset. I recommend training your sales staff about the limitations of this product.

    I bought these and worked fine. Loved them, but after a month of use, the sound goes in and out for 2/3 seconds at a time. They randomly start working again. Not reliable at all.
