Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the A20 Call of Duty Wireless Gaming Headset's sound quality, comfort, and battery life, frequently praising its performance and value for the price. However, some users experienced connection issues and compatibility problems, particularly with certain PlayStation 4 models. The volume control also received some criticism for its limitations. Overall, the positive feedback on audio quality and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding connectivity and compatibility.

I originally got these to replace my ps gold headset. However should have got the ps platinums instead. Since ive bought them connection issue abound. Sound cuts in and out constantly as well as mic mutes itself out of nowhere. In order to fix the issue I have reset everytime sometimes 2 or 3 before it works again. Wont be buying Astros again.

I was really liking this set. Great sound and I liked the mic feature to turn on/off. But after only 17 days the unit stopped working. It would not turn on. NOTHING costing this much should fail that quickly! Actually, costing that much it should last for many years. I'd recommend staying away from this one.

Bought and returned. Newer ps4 slims do not have the optical audio port required to connect. Instead purchased the wired Astro A40s.

Like all third party headsets, these fail. If the battery gets low they will continually cut out and drop both game and chat audio. Design is clunky and hard to adjust. The mic sticks to far out from your mouth and has a hard time picking up your voice unless it’s positined perfectly. Audio quality is good when it works properly. Should have purchased the Sony Platinums instead.

Best PS4 wireless Headset for low $100’s

Let me just say that after trying 3 headsets, this ones are the clear winner. I tried the ps4 platinums, they were too heavy, stiff, and very uncomfortable for my side of the head, they would also get hot from the ear cups. I don’t have a big head my cap size is 7 1/8”. The steel series arctic 7 is an amazing headset, comfortable, sound, range, built quality, but the one problem it has is the Chat-mix, i was hearing my chat while i could barely hear the sound of the game, that is really annoying since you couldn’t really take advantage of the awesome sound i played with the settings all night including updating firmware and no luck. I play with online friends 4-5 times a week in private chats and about 10-13 hours every week night and there is usually 8 players, so a vey good balance headset is a must for me. I didn’t want to spend the extra $100 for the top tier of headsets since i am coming from the original ps gold headset and they were $100 back then, good headset but it starting to fall apart after 3-4 years. Now the A20’s are comfortable, light, battery life is really good, the ear padding is soft and good cushion, nice and tight but not too tight, well built, the price is $119, the sound is great you can hear every footstep Around you and the bass is really good, the flip the mic to mute or unmute is a cool thing, the volume is awesome, The chat-mix is perfect it has the balance i need of chatting with friends while listening to who is creeping up on you, i did play with the settings on my pc before using them and to update firmware. After looking for a new headset for 2 weeks i found MY headset. I hope this helps you find yours.

Went to buy a different pair of headphones that were out of stock. Was told to get these. Consistent disconnection and poor battery life. Their customer service was trash and only offered to reset up. Would not recommend. Save your money and buy the Sony or steel series.

Not the best for the price, you’re better off paying a little more for the a40s.
