Anyone who hasn't experienced the A40 or A50's would probably never give Astro another shot after using these. Even being half the price of the high-end models, this one is a horrible representation of an Astro product so I would highly recommend either upgrading or going elsewhere in this price point.

Absolutely trash, had 3 sets and two sets didn't work properly. They are really hit or miss if they work correctly or not. The current set has to be reconnected to the wireless hub nearly every time because it completely forgets how it's connected and you have to reconnect. It's really dumb. Customer support is quick to hit you up with the 20 questions that every person that is slightly electronically inclined knows, like turn the power off, hold the off button, disconnect the wireless hub, are you sure it's on, etc. In my experience, the Astro A10 is not only cheaper but far less of a headache.

The connection cuts out frequently, not sure if it’s due to interference or just poor wireless tech. The range is ok and battery life is good.

I'd personally stick with cheaper Turtle Beach headsets. I just don't think there was enough for a jump in quality to warrant the increased price. Go lower tier here.

Not for ps4 slim. There is no connection in the back for these in the os4 slim. You will have to buy an adapter for 49 dollars.

Battery is always low. Looses connection often. It was really disappointing

Idk where all the money went in to on this one. The sound quality of the drivers are very poor, and my friends have complained endlessly that the microphone on this unit sounds like nails on a chalkboard. It is overly complicated to just get them to work on a PC, requiring drivers, external devices, and all sorts of junk. Build feels cheap and is very uncomfortable. Fastest return I've ever done

Gave these as a Christmas gift. They were opened on the New Year. The return window was 12 days (?) And they stopped working after a month. Just wouldn't turn on anymore. No trauma or hard handling. Either being worn, or being charged. Absolutely not worth the price.

On the PS4 Pro, these kept cutting out. Had to return them.

These do not work with an Xbox. Had to be returned.

Garbage, constantly needs power cycled to reconnect after moving to a room 10 feet away and back. The sound quality is generic, the transmitter itself feels cheap and vulnerable. Ill never buy another astro product again.
