As well as connection issues. If you turn it on with a microphone, muted will not unmute the mic until you power cycle it.

Logitech is overrated

Microphone works only when it wants to and don’t even think about connecting the device with multiple devices as this throws into a world of chaos as it can’t honestly handle it, just muddles up and the features are lack luster. Please save yourself the trouble and frustration of owning these, they look good and that’s about it, also the sound is lower and less filling than other headsets even a tier below this one. Thanks for ripping me off once again Logitech!

I even reset the ear cups and head band loose so it would hurt but it would slightly fall off my head and I just return it. For over $200 totally not worth it
