    I have had nonstop connectivity problems on pc since shortly after purchase. The headset connects to both your smartphone and your Pc. It’s as if it’s trying to do double duty as a productivity headset. It is so bad. I have been on discord trying to get teammates to hear me for 30 minutes. Also the microphone shows up as a sound output device, and my PC has confused between the two for the entire time. Eventually I gave up and plugged in a mic that I use for podcasts. Since this headset connects to both your phone and another source it becomes unreliable if it is not connected to your phone, and even when it is it is not reliable. Do not waste your time. This thing is not worth 230 dollars or even 130 dollars. I just plugged it in and it seems to be working right now, but I hate it. I hope it goes intermittent again so I can use its warranty. I have only had it for about 6 months. I had an old Astro headset that lasted for years. This is a disappointing product, I wish I returned it, and I may still pursue a warranty claim.

    Pairing is a big factor on my rating

    After pairing with my iphone on the logitec app and ps5 it was fine for 2 days then just wouldn’t stay paired with the ps5 the headset sounds wonderful i wanted to love it but no matter what i did it didn’t work i had factory reset about 5x then just gave up i also made my ps5 forget this device and repaired it and it just wouldn’t stay paired

    Crash and burn

    Abat da dat dat dat that’s the audio constantly breaking up while watching tv. On the headset on the iPad and iPhone tv you have to disconnect it. Then turn it on again reconnect it to get the audio to work right all the time it’s annoying. When you go to turn it on the light flashes red when it’s charged. And it flashes red when you turn it off. I will use my Xbox headset Dolby atmos headset I paid $117.67 for. That works with the Xbox. That doesn’t do crackle audio. The Xbox headset is $109.99 tax its $117.69 on the Microsoft store on the Xbox series X 2020 console and on the all digital Xbox series X except you. Can’t watch blu ray dvd’s on it.

    Overall good headset just don’t like that when you pair with phone, it’s hard for o get audio from game back

    TERRIBLE! Everyone says my mic is too quiet

    I have had this headset since May and i absolutely hate them. Everyone i play with says i am extremely quiet so i plug in the boom and the headset mic works for a bit but then it goes back quiet. I don’t mess with my settings and i keep them updated. If i use them for the pc people i play with say the same thing. I don’t know if i have a bad mic but i will never purchase astros again.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT BY THESE!!!! Manager said headset last for years but Sound goes out after 3 weeks later and wont connect to any console!!! Best buy wont return so i will not be buying anything else from this company!!!
