I'll push and hold the power button multiple times over and over and they won't shut off. Also, the microphone has the absolute worst habit of not working. So I have to turn them on then off multiple times till it works. Recently whenever I use them on my PS5, the audio is very low and I can't hear much. Tried everything and can't seem to fix it. Overall garbage headset.

Besides that it’s nice to be able to connect to my ps5 and phone at the same time.

Already a week in and the top comfort headpiece is already coming off. The mic is very sensitve as well and picks up a lot of unwanted audio for the price. Honestly the wireless xbox headset for $100 was better.

But was very disappointed with how it actually worked. The multiple inputs feature is nice but what I was really disappointed with was that the mic quality wasn’t the best and the audio sounded a little airy not good for multiplayer games at all.
