Good headset, sounds amazing i jusr have one problem with it. I paid 233 dollars for this headset just for the mic that comes with it to be so bent i literally cant even use it cause im basically swallong it. Just a packaging problem.

This headset works very well on both ps5 and wired to my Xbox controller. Only thing is that for the mic settings to work on Xbox, you NEED to turn the headset on even though it will work while off. Or you can get the Xbox dongle and just pair it that way and then pair it back to the ps dongle again. Battery life is amazing as well. The app work decent enough, it could use some attention if Logitech ever gets to it.

This headset is great. I feel like the issues people experience are due to the cushions and possibly the mic. I had the same complaints when I first got this headset but I was able to resolve them. First, I replaced the cushions with softer ones from Wicked Cushions. Second, I created customized presets for Music and Gaming. The last thing I did after noticing some issues with the mic volume was adjust the "Noise Gate" setting. I use this headset for both Xbox and PS5 and the noise gate setting varies between the two systems. I've always wanted an Astro headset and glad I purchased the A30s.

Sound quality is great, pretty easy to use. Mic quality is not bad, could be a little bit better.

this is my second pair of these headphones and for some reason the connection issues/sound issues just wont go away. my first pair i swapped out for connection problems, my second pair is having a problem where the sound will completely go out for seconds and youre unable to be heard. it happens so much to the point where youre literally unable to even say anything because nobody will hear you anyway. i really wanted to like these but will more than likely be bringing them back to swap because as someone who plays video games almost everyday, these just arent really worth it.

By far the best audio headsets that I’ve ever had…

I have had nonstop connectivity problems on pc since shortly after purchase. The headset connects to both your smartphone and your Pc. It’s as if it’s trying to do double duty as a productivity headset. It is so bad. I have been on discord trying to get teammates to hear me for 30 minutes. Also the microphone shows up as a sound output device, and my PC has confused between the two for the entire time. Eventually I gave up and plugged in a mic that I use for podcasts. Since this headset connects to both your phone and another source it becomes unreliable if it is not connected to your phone, and even when it is it is not reliable. Do not waste your time. This thing is not worth 230 dollars or even 130 dollars. I just plugged it in and it seems to be working right now, but I hate it. I hope it goes intermittent again so I can use its warranty. I have only had it for about 6 months. I had an old Astro headset that lasted for years. This is a disappointing product, I wish I returned it, and I may still pursue a warranty claim.

After pairing with my iphone on the logitec app and ps5 it was fine for 2 days then just wouldn’t stay paired with the ps5 the headset sounds wonderful i wanted to love it but no matter what i did it didn’t work i had factory reset about 5x then just gave up i also made my ps5 forget this device and repaired it and it just wouldn’t stay paired

Abat da dat dat dat that’s the audio constantly breaking up while watching tv. On the headset on the iPad and iPhone tv you have to disconnect it. Then turn it on again reconnect it to get the audio to work right all the time it’s annoying. When you go to turn it on the light flashes red when it’s charged. And it flashes red when you turn it off. I will use my Xbox headset Dolby atmos headset I paid $117.67 for. That works with the Xbox. That doesn’t do crackle audio. The Xbox headset is $109.99 tax its $117.69 on the Microsoft store on the Xbox series X 2020 console and on the all digital Xbox series X except you. Can’t watch blu ray dvd’s on it.

Overall good headset just don’t like that when you pair with phone, it’s hard for o get audio from game back

I have had this headset since May and i absolutely hate them. Everyone i play with says i am extremely quiet so i plug in the boom and the headset mic works for a bit but then it goes back quiet. I don’t mess with my settings and i keep them updated. If i use them for the pc people i play with say the same thing. I don’t know if i have a bad mic but i will never purchase astros again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT BY THESE!!!! Manager said headset last for years but Sound goes out after 3 weeks later and wont connect to any console!!! Best buy wont return so i will not be buying anything else from this company!!!

They suck don’t buy them poor quality they cost a lot of money for poor quality
