A little difficult to understand how to control the game/chat volume but otherwise, the sound is amazing!!

Sound quality is great but connection issues abound. My 10 year old turtlebeach headset that is held together with painters tape and shrink wrap functions better connection wise than this.

Great customer service helping find this great product at best buy in Trussville. The spicy sound and the quality is absolutely great on this product.

I think a lot of these positive reviews are first box opening impressions. -This review is some one who has had them for 5 months. I’ll keep it short and sweet. Stay away from them. -Sound quality is good not great. The ear cuffs get piping hot and sweaty because of the fake leather. -The controls work but are awkward and never remember which direction to move them. -The most important one… The boom mic stopped working. No matter what reset I did or redownload I did… nothing. There is no customer service except for an email you get back that’s a generic email after 2 or 3 weeks. Still waiting to see if I get a replacement. Save yourself a headache trust me.

The headset is great when it works. For some reason every so often it says it's connected but I lose all game audio or party chat audio. Maybe I got a bad one or maybe it doesn't get along with consoles very well try it for yourself I guess I'd recommend steel series over astro for price and reliability.

Works very well and it is comfortable. Works on everything however sound is low when connected to PlayStation systems when compared to Xbox/pc so if you get this for PlayStation make sure it is the PlayStation version even though it can work on everything

This headset is very comfortable and has a very good wireless connection to the dongle. The sound is extremely compressed with a very little sound stage and terrible imaging. I returned them for the stealth pros because with the a30’s I was clueless as to where enemies were.

These things sound better than the a50s and the nova pro wireless!! Just make sure to get in the app and change the eq off of footsteps because it’s terrible immersive sounds but I made my own eq which also sounded even better!! The style is sick and they are plenty loud !

Pro: Game sound quality is good. Con: These headphones have been nothing but problems for me. I had to return the first pair within two days because i couldnt get them to turn off without letting them go into sleep mode and turning off on their own. After I got my second pair I’ve constantly had comments that im speaking too low or it sounds like im far away. Another issue I’ve encountered is having to restart my headset and pressing the button on the usb stick to allow my headset to register in xbox parties. Without doing so it shows that i dont have a device connected. I can hear people talking but they cant hear me. I’ve recently started playing on pc and they’ve worked decently until the last few days (besides the comments of sounding quiet or far away even with the mic up to my mouth) where I continue to get an echo while talking or doing anything really. Ive tried everything i could pc wise to fix the problem with no success. I am considering going back to my wired a40’s from my old ps4 because they never gave me a single problem. I would return these again if I didn’t pass the return date. I tried giving these headphones a second chance and completely regret it every time I try to use them.

Really good headset best ive had with simultaneous bluetooth 2.5 ghz and wired 3.5mm its really good to be able to strem music from my phone and answer call while gaming

I needed a good set of headphones, and these are awesome. a little smaller then my old pair but would take these over them anytime.

I bought these for my son and he loves them. The white color is unique and clean. The sound quality is excellent and the mic is very clear. The ear cups may be softer than my SteelSeries. It's close competition.

Definitely an upgrade from the A20s. The cups on the head phones on my A20s got deformed, so that’s why I bought the A30s and let me tell you they are way more comfortable than the A20s.
