A Lot of Great Features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the box is the headset, the charge cable (USB-B to USB-C), a detachable boom mic, a 3.5mm headphone jack (double sided), a dongle (to plug into the gaming system), a hard traveling case with a pocket for accessories and an information guide. First impression, I love the design and the sturdiness of the headset. The ear cups are really soft and the overhead strap is a antimicrobial/silicone feel which is new to me and definitely different but very comfortable. The head strap does get uncomfortable after two hours of wear but I am pretty sure it will get better with time and wear. Sound and Mic - The sound is good but not great. It seems to have missing lows (frequency, bass). There is an app, Logitech G mobile app where you can customize your audio and gaming experience. It comes with two preset modes, immersive and footsteps, and you are allowed to create your own settings. There is also a setting that allows you to mix audio. It allows you to mix the audio source using the dongle and the 3.5mm headphone jack. This allows you to multitask with sound, i.e. portable music and gaming at the same time. There is also a setting in the app that helps you to navigate which plays louder, the music or the game. The mic is a decent quality with exceptional clarity with the Bluetooth as well as the boom mic. Buttons – There are three buttons: power, Bluetooth and multifunction directional toggle button. There is also a switch that will disable the microphone. The buttons are easy to find while wearing the headset and easily distinguishable. The multifunctional toggle takes a little getting used to, since you are able to control the volume, track forward, track back, pause, stop. In Bluetooth mode, there is a button to turn on and off the mic or when the boom mic is attached. The Bluetooth mode also has its own mic or if you prefer to use the boom mic, all you have to do is attach it. So far, there are no issues with the Bluetooth mic or the boom mic. Battery - Battery life is amazing so far. Once out of the box, I immediately charged until the battery light turned green. I used the headphones for the first day for about 4 hours and in the app, it showed that the battery life barely moved. I continued to use the headset throughout the week for about 6 hours a day and now I am currently at 32% battery life. So for me battery life is great. Overall, with the exception of the lows, I enjoy these headphones because of all of the perks and I would recommend them to friends and family.

It’s pretty, seems to be good, so I bought it. It works maybe 40% of the time. Why am I struggling so much? I have the app and everything. I’ve NEVER had this many issues with a different mic. I want my money back. You sold me trash.
