Excellent headset extremely comfortable sound is awesome 10/10!

Sound is beautiful, range is INCREDIBLE, and absolutely beautiful. Needed for an all white PC set up and bought these to hold me over till I learned more about headsets. But this are amazing and I don’t know if I’ll need another set

For the price I think there are better sounding headsets. Build quality is good, however I find myself powering the unit on and off to reconnect with the dongle when the unit comes out of standby. This issues may not not be a big deal to some, however I find it rather annoying. I am not a fan of the software as it is very limited compared to something like steel series’s sonar. I know sonar can be used with any headset, but for the price I would expect a little more first party support.

Mic isnt that great, loses connection randomly at times. Volume spikes to full volume when connected to bluettoth and console. Astro is just not what they use to be more about the profit then the quality.

Good sound pretty good mic but the sound was amazing

Deluxe pair of headphones, connects seamlessly with my xbox and switch. It also has 3 connections for audio (being Aux, bluetooth and wireless) have been using it daily for high quality sound and ease of use.

I bought this for my girlfriend. It absolutely does cut in and out randomly. It has nothing to do with the battery life or range. She'll be right in front of the console and it will just lose audio during games. It's frustrating. I wouldn't suggest this headset to anyone, it looks nice and works well when it does work but I would definitely say the frustration is not worth it

The sound quality is great. The range is not great. It disconnected way too often. I didn’t like that you adjust the dongle/mic.

I purchased this headset about a month or so ago, and I must admit that I almost regretted it. For a week straight I had so much trouble even getting it to connect to my console. I felt like my headset may have been faulty. As time went on I got more accustomed to it's several quirks and it serves me well.

Works wirelessly with both xbox and ps5. Great spund and comfort.

The quality of soud id pretty nice also the mic had a good quality recording

I really liked the A40s with the mixamp but for the life of me i could not download the new firmware for the mixamp to work. Therefore i traded them in for these and im super happy with my purchase! I would recommend these to anyone!

Sound quality is great but connection issues abound. My 10 year old turtlebeach headset that is held together with painters tape and shrink wrap functions better connection wise than this.

Pro: Game sound quality is good. Con: These headphones have been nothing but problems for me. I had to return the first pair within two days because i couldnt get them to turn off without letting them go into sleep mode and turning off on their own. After I got my second pair I’ve constantly had comments that im speaking too low or it sounds like im far away. Another issue I’ve encountered is having to restart my headset and pressing the button on the usb stick to allow my headset to register in xbox parties. Without doing so it shows that i dont have a device connected. I can hear people talking but they cant hear me. I’ve recently started playing on pc and they’ve worked decently until the last few days (besides the comments of sounding quiet or far away even with the mic up to my mouth) where I continue to get an echo while talking or doing anything really. Ive tried everything i could pc wise to fix the problem with no success. I am considering going back to my wired a40’s from my old ps4 because they never gave me a single problem. I would return these again if I didn’t pass the return date. I tried giving these headphones a second chance and completely regret it every time I try to use them.

Great customer service helping find this great product at best buy in Trussville. The spicy sound and the quality is absolutely great on this product.

I think a lot of these positive reviews are first box opening impressions. -This review is some one who has had them for 5 months. I’ll keep it short and sweet. Stay away from them. -Sound quality is good not great. The ear cuffs get piping hot and sweaty because of the fake leather. -The controls work but are awkward and never remember which direction to move them. -The most important one… The boom mic stopped working. No matter what reset I did or redownload I did… nothing. There is no customer service except for an email you get back that’s a generic email after 2 or 3 weeks. Still waiting to see if I get a replacement. Save yourself a headache trust me.
