Good headset, adapter is extra for ps5

Won’t work through H-D receiver either. Had to go direct to tv but not a big deal if you have the extra hdmi inputs. We do like them though. Only went wired because of the big sale they had on them.

Astro makes much more comfortable headsets than any of the other competitors in my opinion and they are a must have for me on any console.

A Nice Upgrade to the Previous MixAmp Pro TR

I don't hear any discernible difference between the two models, but I do like the newer interface and controls.

My astro a50 mic broke so I thought I would give these a try. I like these better because they are wired and don’t have to worry about charging

No other headset compares

Great value, poor fit for bigger heads.

I don't like the square earcups and had a hard time getting comfortable with them on. Would buy if Astro adds a different shape of earcups. Maybe my head is just too big.

They are A Overpriced Headset.

You can hear all the exterior noises around you. Un-Godly amount of wires to run, as well as the sound just is not that great. Yes they get loud, yes they have the Surround, but the bass just isn't there. It is convenient to have game and chat volume control at your your finger tips but to be Honest this headset will be going back to the store as I will be getting the Arctis Pro wired headset back. I let a few friends into leading me on to get this headset, while light and a ton of wires to run it just is not what it is cracked up to be. Just a over-priced option for those who don't know any better. Just my honest Opinion.

Don’t do it

Can’t update the firmware and I get constant complaints that the mic sound trash. Had for 5 months and the right ear just broke so have to deal with Astro for the warranty. Get a different headset. Ps5 user
