Best headset I’ve owned. Had a few different turtle beach wireless headsets, but switched up my setup and now I do wired. This headset is super comfortable and I love the replaceable parts. The external controller is great also.

I must say visually, this new version is very nice and if you have prior mod kit they will work on these as well. No firmware upgrades yet as they just released so waiting to change my settings. My only gripe is the fact they omitted a on/off button. I set my ps4 in rest mode and it does not turn it off. Why they decided on skipping out on it is beyond me. Prev gen had it .Now I have to cover it in order not to have bright lights shining in the room when I sleep. And having to unplug it each time is unecessary and how terrible micro usb's are, can cause long term damage to wire or port. That is my 1 disappointment unless they add in software for it to turn off along w/ps4

First thing if you have a ps4 slim, you can’t use this without an optical cord. If you have a ps4 pro than no need for an additional cord. The build quality is good, sturdy and looks and feels premium. Once I get the optical cord I can actually test the sound.

it is pretty good in the start but after a month or two it started to get worse and worse. This should not be expensive please reconsider and buy a better one for cheap.

Great product sound quality is good worth every dollar

I bought these when they were on sale and overall had a great experience with the purchase and love the style and build quality. BUT, when i'm playing in a party chat with my brother i can't hear anything other than a loud shrieking feedback noise and echo from my own voice. It's so unbearable i can't even play the game. When they work as intended they sound great and i really enjoy them. I've done a lot of research into a fix for this with no result. I will ultimately end up returning them and trying a new product out.

10 years ago this was the best thing smoking when it came to headsets and electronics for gaming. Now I wouldn’t spit on it if it was on fire. You can’t update the software the audio is so distorted and the customer service is absolutely awful Astro is completely falling off. I returned the headset and will never purchase an Astro product again just go with Logitech.

Ordered headset my son requested and he is very happy with the product. He is tech savvy and knows a great product when he’s using it.
