    Warning do not buy from Astro. I purchased a A50headset for my son for Christmas 2 weeks later the pad on the top came off and he wouldn't wear because it hurt. I contacted them and they said to send it back. The shipping label they sent couldn't be printed at Fed-Ex no big deal. I requested a new label and printed it out. The first email they sent said to put in the orginal box if you could. I sent back the comple headset paperwork and cords and charger and orginal box. The headset got delivered and that was all they sent. I contacted them and they said I was out of luck because there second label said only headset to be sent back. They finally agreed to send the charger back. I now have to buy new cables and have no box no paper work. All I was asking for is what I sent them not even new items just the orginal. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
